I defended my PhD at Charles University in December 2021. During my PhD, I studied two interconnected topics: dynamics of RNA dependent DNA methylation (RdDM) in plants at Charles University and the effect of RdDM on CRISPR/Cas9 mutagenesis in plants at The University of Edinburgh. As a post-doc at Charles University, I continue in the follow-up research.
In the research, I enjoy the whole pipeline of each project, from design and lab experiments to analysing the data.
Outside working hours, I like to meet family and friends, mainly with some activity as hiking, diving, board games, or just relaxing with good food and beer.
