I am a plant molecular biologist. I defended my PhD at Charles University in 2021. My thesis was focused on different ways of how to induce RNAi and how this affects the RNAi outcomes.
In biology I am interested in the mechanisms involved in transcription, epigenetics and gene silencing. Beside molecular biology I am also gaining some experience in bioinformatics.
